My firm is undertaking a dramatic, strategic transformation in our total customer experience (TCE) operations. The Summit has provided us with brilliant thought leadership, particularly from Don Peppers, Richard Owens and of course, Bill Lee. That inspired us to take our TCE initiatives to the next level, and for our global customer engagement program to play a central role in the transformation.
In addition, the Summit provides exceptional networking opportunities—with industry thought leaders, as well as my professional peers. A substantial portion of Summit attendees are managing customer advocacy programs.
Plus the learning is exceptional: I wrote everything I learned down on the long plane ride home (to the UK), which gives me a resource I refer to regularly throughout the year.
